Do you re-stock any of your products?

Because of the first drop we re-stock a limited time only. In the near future we will not do this.

Shipping

Shipping usually takes about 4-6 business days at most after your order is confirmed.

Shipping time can vary, especially during a holiday season.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping and we currently ship worldwide although, all custom cost and import tax is at customers' own expenses.

Return / Refund Policy

All sales are final although Nakku can exchange colors and sizes if the desired item is available. Please be sure to email us with your order number and the details of what you would like to exchange so we can address this as fast as possible.

If the product is defective we will gladly exchange the product for a new one but only if the item is available. If it is out of stock, you will be refunded.

Please make sure when ordering you DOUBLE CHECK all shipping information, we are not responsible for shipments that do not make it to their location due to false shipping information. if you have entered the wrong shipping information, please contact us within 72 hours of placing orders.
